The Egyptian elections are finally over. Yahoo Newslink
I guess it's over, for now. Mohammed Morsi, the Islamist, won by nearly 52% of the vote. Hosni Mubarak's prime minister, Ahmed Safiq, garnered 48.3% of the vote.
This ends the end of military rule in Egypt after the protests that ousted former president Mubarak out of power.
Good news for the people of Egypt!
